My gf cheated on me 3 months into our realtionship, and i gave her a second chance. It has now been just over 2 years and she gets pissy and says I can't go to bars without her cuz girls might talk to me. And also say's that if I ever cheated I would be gone. Was i wrong to give her a second chance?

No i dont think that you are wrong for giving her a second chance but I def. think that you two need to sit down and have a serious talk about "TRUST" You dont want to shove in her face that you took her back after she cheated on you but you do what her to know what you took her back b/c you loved her and she needs to be able to trust you. Shes just insure due to the fact of what she did to you....just a thought. Good Luck =)

I think it is good to give someone a second chance. Everyone messes up(its a good thing you gave her second chance). You should demonstrate to her that you can control yourself at the bar and resist other girls(also good that u gave 2nd chance). She should not be saying that if she found YOU cheating she would break up with you because she has already done the cheating and you gave her a second chance(not good you gave 2nd chance)
OVERALL i think it was a good decision. :).

Hmm. She can go into bars but you can't? That's a bit of a double standard. She sounds a little bit insecure, especially since she's the one that cheated. Only you can say if you were wrong to give her a second chance though.

If she wouldn't be so bitchy,... I would agree with the second chance.... but it seems to me she's acting a bit too pissy with you... it don't look like she appreciates the second chance you gave her....

No, you werent wrong but it sounds like she has cheated again. When someone gets real over protective and jealous like that they are usually covering up their own dirty deeds... She is projecting what she is doing onto you!

i think everyone deserves a second chance to prove themselves. but it seems like she's wasting her chance. she might be paranoid that you're going to go and cheat on her because she did it to you.

She is a woman and thus prone to hypocrisy. Don't expect her to be rational about this. Throw her actions in her face and if she doesnt like it leave. Its not like there arent more women out there.
