very good point, I agree with you.. I don't think you should even date someone if you don't think you could be with them forever.

No, I have no expectations of time when I date someone...but I don't think about everything in life as "forever". I can have a TON of fun if it's even for a few minutes (depending on what I'm doing).
Relationships need not for be "forever" to be worthwhile, but if you feel that way then I suggest you never get involved in one.
Most things have a beginning and an ending, including romances...the ending just means we have an opportunity to have another romance with someone else. âº
Some people enjoy dating casually, meeting new people and forming bonds either long or short term....or perhaps just for a physical relationship. As long as they are harming no one, each person should do what works best for them. Dating isn't all about a "forever" partner, there are many other reasons people date.

I don't automatically expect it - but if all goes well I sure hope that is what would happen. Just because I don't EXPECT it does not mean we are going to break up. If you look at it that way you'd never get involved with anyone since it take time to get to know someone and see how things are going to work out.

i'm with someone right now and i don't plan on being with them forever, the point of being with them is that if you have more of a chance to find the guy that is just right for you if you are with other guys that are wrong, and if you never give anyone a chance then you don't have a chance of finding someone that you will be with forever

I didn't use to, when I was a teenager, and in my young twenties, because I wasn't really thinking that far ahead, but being in my mid-thirties now has caused me to change my thinking quite a bit; I have grown more mature in what I want from a relationship, and from life.

when i start dating its because i want to be with them all my life and if things go wrong then ofcourse ima end it and not stay with them becuz i might not find someone else to be with. I have been with my bf for a yr and 2 months and i already know one day we will get married becuz nothing is going bad with us yet and we have talked about marriage...i think ppl get with other ppl becuz they just want to have fun in their life witout strings attached.

No, just enjoy the experience and if you end up together then fine and if you don't it was not meant to be and you can take your experiences into your next relationship.
