Edit: Kiddo is also right. You should give more details--predation and parasitism are quite similar in that one organism benefits from the other, and the other does not benefit at all. I chose parasitism for the simple fact that you said 'organism' and not 'animal'.

Predation. Lion eats zebra. Sucks for zebra.

Parasitism also has this happening, but it is more roundworm gets in gut, and sucks out nutrients.
