what could be causing pain in my lower right abdomin that radiates down the front of my right leg???

i had this happen a few years ago. went to the gyn, and my chiropracter. they both did xrays and found i had a small cyst on my ovary, but what was causing the pain was a slipped disc in my spine. it took a few weeks, but she was able to ease it back into place, havent had any trouble with that since.
it was so painful, i needed a walking stick to get around.
