Why are you worried about this other girl? If your boyfriend has chosen to make you his girlfriend, what difference does it make if he and she are in a group of people going to the movies as part of a club activity?
Do you want your boyfriend to think of you as a fearful, insecure, jealous, snivelling wet mess who freaks out every time you aren't with him around other girls? Not a pretty picture, is it?
Be calm, show your boyfriend that you have confidence in yourself and in him. If he's the kind of guy who will cheat on you just because your back is turned, or who will do things that he knows will cause you pain, then you want to know that about him ASAP so you can kick his rear end to the curb with the rest of the garbage.
Have some self-confidence; show some faith in your boyfriend. You'll be more attractive to him that way than being all clingy and jealous. Being calm and confident is a better plan than worrying about things you can't do anything about. (And it's a whole lot sexier than trying to keep him on a short leash forever because you're afraid of other girls.)

First of all if you trust your guy then there should be no prob. If he said no to her then she will be all up on him but he won't want it cause he has you.
Also let him know what you would like to do on Valentines Day give him a list of ideas and have something special planned for after the feild trip so he knows he has something special waiting for him.
If he has a cell phone send him texts here and there about how you feel about each other be kinda sappy...(hey it's valentines day) that way he will only have you on the brain and the date to come. If he doesn't have a cell phone leave random notes in like his backpack jacket pocket locker books just places he might look.
Don't worry about that floozy she just wants what she can't have!!

Remind your boyfriend that you really like him, and thank him for being strong - when he turned down the other girl before. that will make him sure of who he is going out with, and remind him of what a slut the other girl is. It will also remind him that you really like, and so he will be careful not to do anything to jepordise the relationship / put the relationship in danger.
If you are not worried about you boyfriend, then do not be worried about the girl, because she will just get rejected badly...

Trust your boyfriend. Tell him that you are uncomfortable with her talking to him because she likes him. Trust him that he will be a good boyfriend. If you are that worried ask someone else that you know who is going to watch them or distract the other girl. You cant be around him 24/7 so you have to be able to trust him.

i would talk to him about it. if ur really close like u say u r, he'll be open to how u feel and not think ur a total nut. or if its possible, u could somehow get invited, or do something completely different with him on vday. or, if this girl isnt like very other slut in the world, u could talk to her. but by the way u talk about her, im guessing she isnt like that at all and would totally scoff at u. so, im thinking u should just talk to him about how u feel.

You won't like the best piece of advice I can give you. But here it goes...
Do nothing. Trust your b/f.
If something comes from it, your better off without the b/f anyway. Remember, you don't need to trust her. You only need to trust him. If you can't trust him, it doesn't matter anyway.

Try not to worry so much. Try trusting your boyfriend and show him that you trust and respect him. If he knows that you are there for him, but not clinging to him, he won't have a reason to want any other girl but you.
