As to your question about adding yourself - as long as you are not a dependent of someone else, you would claim an exemption for yourself. This doesn't change based on whether you efile or not, or what form you use.

probably because your single, probably have no dependents and is not head of the house hold........the government got me too........i made so much and got back so little...i wanted to cry
