how can I go to other computere and looking his files. is there any program or what

well in some areas they call thathacking if I understand ur question How do i look at someone elses files? yeah I am pretty sure that is hacking

The solution is very easy. Sit down at the computer and login or map a network drive (assuming you have a login on that system) to a shared volume. Either way, you will need access (login rights to the system.

If you are trying to do this by "hacking" into the system, can't help you. I'm generally involved in preventing illegal access such as that.

If you don't have permission, that's called hacking and it's both unethical and illegal. Depending on what your situation is, you could find yourself fired, kicked out of school, or tossed in jail.

And from reading your question, it seems your time would be better spent working on your spelling and grammar than messing around with files that aren't any of your business.

Use Remote Desktop Connection. Of course they will have to allow you to do that. There are several other requirements that have to be meet as well.
