Yes, but generally with the aid of tissue paper unless it an "emergency" like a "hanger" that's exposed post-sneeze. Definitely keep it on the down-low as much as possible.

My fourth grade instructor did it continuously ... in the front of the type! She'd stick her pinkie up a nostril, %.-%.-%. ... and then *check out what she'd discovered* in the previous flicking it to the floor!!! And yet one way or the different she discovered a husband a pair years later.

i do, but i use crab claws as it's more ecological :-)
ps why do people go eeeewwww when asked questions like this, surely you have picked you nose at some point?

a lot more people than you think, I live on the second floor and see the cars going by, you wouldn't believe how many people are.
