most guys flirt by teasing, the 'meaner' a guy is to you the more he likes you. also when he starts hanging around you instead of some of his guy friends. some guys (usually the more shy ones) wont flirt, but you can usually catch him watching you and paying a little more attention to you. as far as how a guy reacts to a girl flirting, it just depends on the guy. the more popular, confident, etc. guys will flirt back, and how they flirt back can help you find out what kind of person they are. some guys tho will just find flirting awkward and it will drive them away. you'll just have to use your own judgment and find out for yourself. just know that EVERY GUY IS DIFFERENT!

guys flirt by showing off, being obnoxious, "accidently" being in every class your in, and more things like that
guys react to flirting by flirting back if they like the girl, and just ignoring it if they don't
