Girls at my school only seem to like funny guys and I either need a leg up with another routine or I need to be funny. I don't know what to do so please help me get a girls attention

Its probably more the fun, outgoing nature of class-clowns that is attracting the girls. A class clown by definition is someone who NEEDS attention by whatever means necessary.
If part of their routine is doing stupid things I'll give you the inside word - the girls are actually laugh AT them, not WITH them. They just believe its the other way round.
Having said that though, nothing attracts me to a guy more then someone with the SAME sense of humour. If you meet a girl that finds the same jokes/tv shows/movies funny I would say play that aspect up with her. I mean its more important to get the attention of that one special girl then a crowd of so-so's.
Maybe stay on the spectators side of the fence - standing with the girls while the clowns jump up and down. If you’re laughing then you’re funny too, if you can egg them on to do something even dumber all the better for your rep. Afterall you'll be the one surrounded by the girls and listening for opportunities to strike up conversations about funny things the girls say.

Funny guys are the best, because every woman wants fun and laughter in her life. But there are some downsides. Sometimes women feel like they can't be taken seriously by a funny guy -- or ever have a serious talk. Sometimes funny guys demand the spotlight all the time, when women like attention, too.
Don't change who you are to get a girl. If you're the serious, thoughtful type, that's just who you are. There's a girl out there who will like someone who is more pensive, just like you. Just remember that you can't take Life too seriously. Try to find a little fun and laughter in your life, too... and the right girl is sure to find you.

Good question. My answer is that it all depends on the girl. There are really stuck up and snotty girls out there that don't know what they want but they go for the guys with the most money and material things. However, there are the girls out there that are 100% which LOOOOVVVVEEEE funny guys. Most woman, I'm sure, would prefer a guy with an amazing sense of humor over a guy with money and a hot body. If sense of humor and a hot body are together that's a bonus!! But, yeah definitely... I would totally prefer a funny guy. That's how my boyfriend and I got together.. he made me laugh. Plus, it's alot easier to be yourself around someone that makes you laugh and it's more comforting to know he likes to amuse you.

Yes, girls like guys who make them laugh, but a big part of that is being comfortable with yourself and not taking everything too seriously. The downside to a funny guy is that sometimes it seems like he can never be serious, even when you need to have a serious conversation, so you don't want to be like that either. The best way to get a girl's attention is to talk to her, be geniunely interested in what she says, and be a good listener.

I like funny guys because they can make me smile and laugh. I love that in a guy, but there are a lot of other traits that are important besides a sense of humor. For example, they have to be nice, descent looking, sweet to me, and they have to know how to treat a woman. Don't stress out if you're not funny. Someone will find you, and love you for who you are.

A funny guy looks like a guy which has no problem in his life or who can get over these. You just have to feel good inside so they see how you really are outside.

Not only your school, hun. Even the dumbest jokes are funny, if the girl likes you even if the jokes are dumb, you have a better chance. Being funny isn't the only thing that impresses girls, don't worry too much.

yes they can as long as they dont play to much cause sometimes we need are men serious.and the reason why is because we dont want to be bored and wemen like to be entertained and we love to laugh(some of us)so what better to have a guy who will make you laugh to relive soome of your stress.and maybe funny isnt your thing some guys are funny by just getting in little lines when someone else is doing something stupid or funny cause its not always cool having to listen to a knock knock joke it has to be natural not planned.try being sweet or athletic .so if the funny thing dosent work ,some other thing will.(sometimes being corny can be funny,like for instants this one gets me the most laughs yo momma so fat .................... shes fat)lol lol lol

Funny guys CAN be appealing, but be careful they also might be critical towards you too. Find a guy who knows how to joke around but will also respect you while doing it.
