The outward sign for Confirmation is simply the anointing of the Holy Spirit by the bishop during the actually ceremony.
The outwars sign of the Eucharist is the ability to receive Jesus in the Eucharist each and every Sunday -- or every day if one chooses to receive Him that frequently.
