I have a coworker that said she didn't want to party with a guy because he grabbed her butt and she said she was grossed out because he is about 15 years older than her, but she said that I can touch her butt. Is this normal? I mean could she want more than just a friendship or do you chicks let your male friends touch you butts just for the hell of it?

Your coworker is flirting with you. It could be friendly flirting, or it could be romantic flirting. It depends on her personality. No one here will be able to tell you for sure. Just suck up your courage and ask her out on a date already. If she doesn't like you that way and turns you down, then at least you'll know, and she'll know that her "friendliness" is being read as "flirting."

Seriously dude, she has low self esteem and that's likely the tip of the iceberg. If you plan to keep working there, do not, I repeat do not pursue any kind of relationship with her.
She is right not to like the old dude grabbing her butt, but she should be able to get it across to you that you could without actually saying it. You know what I mean?

depends on the gurl. i think i speak for most women when i say we don't let you touch our butt unless we like you to some degree and if she is a "promiscuous" girl she might let every young man do so

my male friends grab my butt and it doesn't bother me but when a older man grabs my butt it disturbes me.
