You are NOT under his control. You do NOT have to do what he says, especially if it involves hurting yourself. Whatever he has told you to make you believe that is FALSE.
You have the right, and the responsibility to yourself, to make your own decisions. And the decision you have to make right now is if you are going to let your brother keep abusing you, or if you are going to do something to save yourself. He does NOT have any right to hurt you, kick you, or tell you what to do.
Go to your parents, your teacher, your school counselor/dean/principal, a police officer, any adult you feel you can trust. Tell them what your brother did, and about all the times he's hurt you or insulted you or tried to make you hurt yourself. Ask them to keep you safe from him, and make sure he gets the mental help he needs - he is seriously disturbed.

Go to the police. i might be wrong, but ur parents prolly know bout this, just pretend not to. am i right? but i'm serious. go to the police, then go to one on one therapy. it really helps. the group stuff sucks. ur brother just needs to go to an institution where they can help him, not a jail. that won't solve anything. so u just need the police's force. but make sure ur not exagerating, cause both u and him could get into a lot of trouble if this is really just nothing.

First tell your parents what he is doing to you. If they don't listen tell a teacher or someone else in authority.

Tell your parents what he does. Then, kick him in the nads, and I mean hard! As long as he thinks you're unable to defend yourself - he will continue to terrorize you.
