Nope! You have to be a friend if their profile is set to private!

there's no way to do it, they made it private so strangers cannot see it. sometimes if theyre age is under 16 if u lower ur age to 14 or 15 u can see it, it worked for me once.

That would be why they made it private in the first place...so you can't see it unless you are their friend.
