I'm naturally from a mediterrenean climate, and lived in Brasil for most of my teenage life, but now that I moved here (Canada... brrrr) I'm so cold all the time, but now I'm going to a hot destination. How can I prepare?

pack lots of stuff! enough summer clothes so that you can you enjoy the warm climate-you shouldnt have to worry too much about the uv rays because of your complexion (im guessing) but make sure you still bring sunscreen because even so, a sunburn could ruin your fun vacation. - so other than some sunglasses and a smile, i think you should be great
have fun!

Sunblock - the easiest way to ruin a warm weather vacation is with a sunburn. You wouldn't believe how many tourists run around here looking like lobster!
Sunglasses
Warm weather clothing

Drink only water, and go to somewhere hot and go for walks(if it were summertime, I'd say go for a walk outside and turn off the a/c). That's how I got ready for my trip to Mexico, and I was fine!

it depends on if you are going to HUMID hot or DRY hot....humid hot..take lots of water and a spray bottle..dry hot..just take shorts and tank tops...also in either place...everything should be COTTON, including the under garmets...100% cotton...
