That depends on what type of disc you are trying to erase music from.
If you are trying to erase music from your hard drive, you can delete it the way you would delete any file.
If you want to delete music from a CD-R, you won't be able to. CD-R discs are recordable, but not re-writable. Your best bet in this case is to make a new disc without the music you wanted to erase from the first one.
If you want to erase music from a CD-RW disc, however, you can. (The "RW" signifies "re-writable.") In your CD burning software there are multiple possibilities. One option would be to find the erase or format disc option and completely clear the whole disc. Another option is to delete the specific songs you want to remove, and re-burn the disc with the altered data.
However, different CD-RW software has different quirks, and more detailed answers would need to know what programs you are running in order to give you a step-by-step answer.

I'd sure like to know. Most of your answers are tutorials, and useless. What we want to know are the point and click directions, correct?

If it is a ROM, you wn't be able to delete it. If not, you can delete as if it is just another file.
