Well, at least you had the decency to say "some Christians," instead of generalizing about all of us as is so often the case around here. I'll give you credit for that much.
And let me ask you this: if I saw that you were about to fall over a cliff, would you rather that I said something to you? Or would you prefer that I didn't try to "force" my words down your throat?
From a Christian perspective, that's exactly what your sister's co-workers are doing -- trying to prevent people from an eternity without God. They are acting out of love and concern for all those who don't know Christ as their Lord and Savior.
There's nothing hypocritical about preventing the loss of life -- be it physical or spiritual.

This is a tiring argument. Because Christians have a strict code or set of laws they believe in, if they fail to follow or live accordingly, they are often called hypocrits. Whereas if someone has no set of beliefs they follow they cannot be a hypocrit. However, to me a hypocrit is someone who preaches that others should live a certain way when they don't. If you are talking about Christians who are calling you a sinner or a bad person because you don't follow what you believe, when they aren't following what they believe, then they are hypocrits. I agree that people shouldn't be trying to push what they believe down other people's throats. But, that doesn't mean I think they should be able to mention it. All people should just respect others for their decision to either want to listen or not. I definitely don't judge others negatively just because they don't believe in God or believe as I do, but I'm also not a hypocrit because I don't practice everything I believe in. Christianity is for the sinner, or the imperfect individual. We will never be perfect, that is why they believe in the necessity of a Savior/Christ. We shouldn't hold Christians to some higher level of morality or guidelines then we impose upon ourselves, whether nonreligious or of a different religion. Hope I didn't ramble and make sense.

It's very interesting to me that people outside the Christian faith think it's their duty to tell Christians how to live like Christians.
It's true that there are charlatans in Christianity just as there are in EVERY other religion and non-religion.
I have yet to hear a Christian tell an Atheist how to be a better Atheist.
I have yet to hear a Christian threaten the infidels with death for not believing in Christ.
Christ is supposed to be our model as-well-as our God and not a whole lot of people tend to use Him as their gauge for life.
But, that does not mean that we give up - we keep trying.
If you can find a better model than Him God bless ya.

What I noticed is that it takes a hypocrite to know one. Because each one has been or still is hypocritical in some way or the other. Regardless to creed, race or class.

No faith has ever crucified itself on the pass, it replaced into JESUS on my own who did it for us. He paid the fee for our sins. He died even as we are yet sinners. no human being can arise and say that he not in any respect sins for because the know-how of God says "For all have sinned and are available short of the honour of God. it really is hard to have self assurance on something you do not see and understand yet you may want to not in any respect fathom the mysteries of God. only as He says that only as severe is the heavens above the earth so is God's innovations above your innovations. settle for the Lord Jesus Christ for what shall it earnings a guy, if he shall benefit the entire global, and lose his personal soul, or what shall a guy provide in change for his personal soul?

MANY people are hypocritical, why just pick on Christians?
The message here is people aren't perfect, no matter where you go.
Anyone who says they are is lying.

That's the great thing about their religion - they can sin all they want and not follow their rules, as long as they repent. Then it's all good.
And their religion teaches them that non-believers are sinners who should be saved from Hell.
Yeah, just tell 'em to shove God in their whacko pipe and smoke it.
