Laser sights are useless in paintball, mainly due to the fact that a paintball does not fly straight.
No matter how high quality paintballs you use, they will always curve eventually, and their range isn't near the range of the laser, so the paintball is going to tend to drop off after a distance.
Maybe for close range shots, but other than that, yeah the daylight will make it difficult to see.

well paintballs dont fly staight especially on long shots one you would want to use a laser on the wind would just blow the paintball away even if you had a real accurate gun also almost all of the paintball games ive played are outside in the day really hard to find a laser in the day outside

Yeah but you also gotta factor in the wind and the qaulity of the paintballs you're using plus if you turn down the velocity on your gun it wil shoot more accurate.

no. first off you can't see it in the daytime anyway, second you could blind someone so they are banned at most fields, lastly paintball guns are never gonna put two shots in the same spot. too many factors, co2 spike, shoot down, wind, interferrence, ball consistency.

They don't help much in traditional games, for all the reasons listed above. As well, it can betray you by alerting opponents and giving away your location.

They're only handy for hip-shots in close range, or for "gee-whiz" factor.
