i like this guy and we're pretty good friends and my friend found out he likes me too. the only thing is, we're both to scared to say anything. i've liked him for a whole year. he said he's scared to get hurt again because his 1st girlfriend pretty much dumped him on the first day and he doesn't want to see tears. i want him to know that i won't hurt him and that i wouldn't break up with him on the very first day, but i'm scared. should i make the first move? how do i build up the courage? pleaz help!

Your already friends, so what could happened? You know he likes you and you like him? So I say just tell him how you fell. If you don't fell like you vary conferable with telling him in public or around a bunch of people then tell him in a privet place. Tell him you have to talk to him then get him alone and tell him how you fell. Don't beat around the bush, tell him start out. Then he, I am not saying he will, Should, depending how shy or how bad he has been hurt before, tell you how he fells.

you cant live your life thinking you are going to get hurt, or ouch you might hurt somebody either, life is life, his ego was hurt not like he got as far as thinking he was going to marry her after one day. ... so okay you gotta ask him, to do something..how hard can that be. drop your wall down let it go and just be yourself. what do you have to lose??? not a damn thing, just ask him if he wants to help you shop for a gift for a male family member, something small and affordable, that way your not stuck in any weird pausing moments, and you get to see what he likes... later give him the presant... ahhh ha ha

you should definatly make the first move if he hasn't yet
i kno it takes lots of courage i've been there
just bring another friend with you to stand next to you when you ask him out it helps trust me and just do it get it out of your mouth and afterwards it well feel soo good
