Hello, I met this girl that lives 3 hours away. We have been in a long distance relationship for a month and a half. I like her SO much, but she still doesn't know if she will be going to europe 3 months from now, or coming back to this area. I try to see her every 2 weeks when she is available. I feel like I run out of things to talk about on the phone, and feel very needy in general. I want to make her feel happy to talk to me, but feel like I have been falling short lately. What can I do to make things better? We've already had an argument over her leaving, and apparantly I am only driving her away when I talk about her staying with me. Please help me with these issues.

i was in a long distance relationship for 3 years. believe me it wasn't easy and i hated talking on the phone but i did it anyway just to keep our relationship going. she went away to school and i only saw her twice a year! we talked to each other about 12 times every day and believe me we didn't always have something to talk about. to make a long story short we have been married for two years now so the long distance thing can work out if you really want it to.
good luck!

that is the stupidest element i have ever heard in my existence. first of all you're LEAVING in a week, and he's taking the time NOW? a week previously you're leaving to say, "whats up shall we take day off and not in any respect see one yet another..." He already has NO CLUE the thanks to be in a LDR. The time, on the on the spot, is to be spend with one yet another. Spending as a lot time as you could at the same time previously you ought to split. apart from, you could't "attempt run" a LDR. Being in a unmarried, and doing a "practice run" are 2 completely diverse issues. LDR's are rattling not uncomplicated, and also you could't fabricate that state of affairs. If he wanted to make the relationship artwork with you, he would. There will be no, "shall we attempt it out," or "oh, i do not recognize how i think..." when I entered the LDR with my boyfriend, from the get pass it become, "i'm in this one hundred ten% when you're." that is the placement you opt for to verify that it to achieve success. If someone has doubts, or is uncertain, or is unwilling, or is questioning it, and appearing the way your boyfriend is, ultimately, even if if he does get into it with you, he will lose interest of it, and maximum probable waft away. Your emotions, heart, and ideas opt for to be in it from the first 2d it is added up. If it isn't any longer... it is in trouble-free words a controversy of time previously it falls aside. *****As on your replace: it truly isn't any longer a lengthy distance relationship. in case you both have vehicles, you technically can see one yet another in the course of the week once you've loose time. and each and every weekend. A LDR is being miles and miles aside. States aside. i'm 5 hours from my boyfriend. We see one yet another each and every few weeks. Your boyfriend's an fool if he won't be able to take care of being an hour aside. i'd kill to be an hour apart from my boyfriend.

Long distance relationships, LDRs, are hard and difficult to keep, unless one is willing to move closer.
The distance alone and the absence to physically see and feel the other person will damper it, and tends to cause many LDRs to fail.
Be advised that unlike GFs in your areas, dont think that you know she is being anything more than a friend. If she needs someone today or tomorrow or next week, she will get it from someone in her area and not through email or phone...unless you are willing to fly/drive to her when she needs someone.
LDRs shouldnt be treated anymore than a internet friendship and nothing more, unless you or her is willing to travel.
