I have several here are my favorites
1. God is Love
2. Whatever does not kill you makes you stronger
3. Don't Tread On Me
4. The American Declaration of Independence
5. The well known Golden Rule
6. Labor Omnia Vincit , Latin for Labor will win, motto of the Carpenters Union
all of these have been mottos of mine and I still use each of them depending on which is most appropriate for the moment

"Be careful what you wish for" or "Dont tempt fate" - I knew about these sayings but didnt live by them - I wish I had I really do. I used to think, wish, hope about something really bad and in the end it came true and my whole life has been affected - I have to live with it for the rest of my life and it is so painful.
