okay, i tried to buy ipecac syrup for my house in case any children or pets get poisoned.. and no one carries it.. i finally found a walgreens that carries it.. but they wouldn't sell it to me because i'm only 20, not 21!!
is it like this in other states? or is this just another stupid utah law?

just another stupid law that shouldn't exist. get your mom or dad or older sibling to buy it. that'll do it =D

Most (if not all) states have some type of restriction on Ipikak. That is because it is a very powerful Vomit inducing drug, and if put in the wrong hands, could become deadly (especially for small children).
The restriction could be 18, 21, or whatever.

I don't know about all states but, in Indiana you will run into the same problem. I was told that I needed a doctors note explaining
what it was for. Too many people use simple over the counter meds to make illegal drugs. That is what makes it hard for just
about everyone else.

wow I've never heard of that, but its probable that it exists in other states, just like you may not purchase a lighter if you are not 18. Hey a lot of ppl camp and need to light fires to cook and camp lights and such.

if it has any amount of alcohol then its like that in all states, ive had to buy a certain brand of couph syrup for a friend b4
