What does fat free milk taste like? Does it taste like Whole Milk, or different?

Most of the milk fat, which gives whole milk its richness, is removed, so you're drinking what some describe as a "watered down" version of real milk. Some folks prefer 1 or 2% milk to the non-fat variety to make up for some of the lost milk fat.

Of course, the fat free milk, (skim milk) will definitely taste different from whole milk because the fat present in milk gives the supple taste and mellowness to it and the fat percentage of cow milk will be around 4% and buffalo milk 7%. The skim milk fat % is 0.5.

It tastes a very different, almost like water. Try 2% low fat or 1% low fat if you want to wean yourself off regular milk. It takes a lot of getting used too. I can't drink it at all. I prefer 2% lowfat. If you cut out all the fat in your diet your body will start storing fat to compensate, which will make you fatter. Your body needs some fat. Low fat is best, not non-fat.

for my section I don t like fat loose or a million% milk. I prefer 2%. total milk tastes stable yet in small doses and read and fat loose style too on the factor of watered down milk for my style. in case you are attempting it then you ll understand if it tastes stable to you or no longer.
