I was like this guy at one time... Despite all the thing my GF at the time told me that she was through with him, I wouldn't believe her, and now I regret it immensley. I was very insecure just as your bf is right now. The only thing to do is help him by being honest, do not hide anything or talk to your ex and with-hold that from your new bf to spare his feelings, he will get more mad when you do this. Just keep telling hima nd showing him that he is the only one in your life....good luck! Hopefully the guy will wisen up and not turn out like I did..

He was a big part of my life and I will always care for him but he IS in the past other than being a dear friend. I don't go back, I always go forward. I care and love you more than I can express. You need to get over the people in my past just as i have gotten over them.

it relies upon coz for those 4yrs in all likelihood fought and per chance he apologised.yet when hez no longer the apologising style thts a large prob.pple shuld exhibit regret and if hez no longer tht style.pass on bt if sumtyms he does, patch issues up hez worth it.dnt this enable strive against smash ur astonishing relationship.
