Yes it is fine, as long as your parents know and are okay with it. There is no law anywhere against dating, sex, but not dating. These other posters don't even know which country you are from or what state you live in how do they know if it is illegal.

Despite the fascination of older men, the girl is below the legal age to assume the responsibilities of an adult (18 yrs).
This older guy needs to find females around his age and seek med attention to be dating teenagers.
Answer: no, its not OK when issues on statutory and pedophile comes into view.

Are you from the U.S.? Well I don't see anything wrong with it. I think if a girl is mature enough to handle a relationship and the guy is not a pervert and he's fully interested in her then, let it be. Age is just a number and as long as there is sincerety and understanding with each other then go for it.
