The links from the above posters are both very good. Actually for getting into and out of, depends on if you want something that will allow for you to bring a motorized wheelchair into and out of or for you to transfer into and then bring your chair into seperately. For driving a chair into, the Sienna Rampvan is probably the best, if you're able or want to transfer out of your manual chair, the Scion Xb has been the vehicle of choice for most of my customers with mobility impairments.
