If you accept gifts, it means you're interested but playing hard to get. Return all the gifts, and leave a sorry note.
OR, if your keeping the gifts, it got your attention, go out with him, you owe him. Give and take. Why not find out who this ugly guy is, that has such great taste that he picked you!!!!

Try this: the next time he asks u out try and take the time and explain that your not interested in him and that u probably wont be anytime soon. If hes hurt by all of this just say that there's that perfect someone still out there but your not her and that he should just keep looking. After a few days he'll get over you and trust me Your gonna love that hes out of your life!

OK tell him no, then stop accepting his gifts, explain that you don't like him, and if all else fails get an older brother, father, or male friend to tell him to back off.

A) Don't accept the gifts if it's not for a reason (b-day, etc)...
B) Just keep telling him that you don't like him that way
C) Don't call people ugly... It's mean.
