My local Wally World, is not going to sell rustolem or oil based paints. I have also heard that thirteen states have passes regulations against oli pants being sold in anything larger than a quart.I was wondering if anyone has info or a link to this regulation. Thanks Allan

well, i am a painter and have heard that in the next few years that OIL based paint will be slowly phased out.

i however DO NOT believe that! neither does the manager of the paint store i use.

as far as the regualtion, no i have NEVER heard that and i am in my paint store every week.

you can find Rustoleum at any hardware store and Home depot, Lowes or Menards

they will have to kill me to make me stop using oil!
