-Check the phone book for an ordained minister. He or she can meet you at whatever destination you'd like for nominal fee (usually around a $100).
-You could do it in a garden, at a park, at a lake/pond/beach or someother romantic location.
-Go to your local florist and pick up an inexpensive bouquet and boutineer.
-Wear a pretty dress and suit that you already own or pick up new ones on sale (doesnt have to been a wedding gown and tux)
Invite at least one friend as a witness and who can take some pictures of you.
-Have a "reception" for just the two of you at a nice restaurant. (maybe the first restaurant you went to together?)
-Stay at hotel or bed and breakfast for your honeymoon.

You could just about any destination wedding and it would be much more affordable than a big wedding and could double as your honeymoon.
Also, check out Vegas. Very affordable and people who want to may be able to watch your ceremony online if they want to.

Depends on where you are, but if you are willing to travel a bit there's a charming B&B her in New Mexico called The Good Life Inn in High Rolls. They have a website which I believe is www.goodlifeinn.com. The ladies there are great and my fiance' and I are having our reception with them.

Depends on where you are. I'd do it for about 50 bucks. Check your courthouse; the judges have different prices even among themselves.
