Grape juice has a balanced ratio of glucose to fructose, and contains no sorbitol, so it is actually easier on the stomach than some other juices like apple and pear, because fructose and sorbitol are hard to digest. White grape juice is recommended for children recovering from intestinal problems. Purple grape juice is slightly harder to digest than white, but still better than other juices.

Grape juice in general is very acidic and can upset sensitive stomachs or ones with other ailments like ulcers, acid reflux, etc.
Good luck.

It's acidic, too much of anyone thing is bad for you. It also has iron which is an essential, again too much of that can be bad too. A glass shouldn't kill you, a gallon might make you sick, a barrel probably would.
