I want to hear some suggestions about how to escape the oppression of bullies without the help of any kind of authority figure. Many bullies have power to fire you, throw you in prison, or worse. For example if you worked in a sweatshop and were being abused by your boss who are you going to "go tell," where are you going to move to, and how would you ignor it. I prefer non-violent answers but am open to all intelligent suggestions.
Another example is a small bussines in the South Brox being extorted by a gangster. the gand is bigger than you, you can't afford a lawyer and the cops don't care.

Call the "Equal Employment" Office....unless you can blackmail them into treating you better, you should step up and defend yourself...tell him to stop, or that you will take legal actions...What he is doing is harassment, and this is against the law...

I close my eyes to a lot of things going on today--but bullies deserve whatever they get. What I, personally, would do would be to get a transfer to another city or state. I would not put up with it any longer--I'd take a Greyhound bus in the middle of the night if I had to. Once safely out of the territory; no longer at risk, I would then let the people there know what was going on.

Some people might think that it's a big deal to pick up and move, especially if you have a family. Well, I do have a family, and that's exactly why I would do it--to keep them safe.

I had a supervisor that was that way. I took his crap for a longtime. One day a boss further up the ladder strolled by and asked how things were. I gulped knowing the truth would send me more garbage coming my way. I poured it out anyways I couldnt keep going like I was oppressed. Life at work got harder the next couple weeks because the upper boss talked to the bully boss. I started looking for work asap, I was fired 3 days later. I lost a job but took great comfort knowing I did the right thing, opened the companys eyes to a rogue supervisor. And took great delight in knowing he was teminated 3 weeks later.

Bullies have an idea of I can't get caught. Carry a potable recorder and visit the spy factory. It worked for me when someone in the district attorneys office thought they were above the law.

properly your son could get a gaggle of his acquaintances to be with him in any respect cases, consequently whilst they attempt to %. on him, he does not in trouble-free terms have himself yet he has his acquaintances to back him up. No infant merits to get bullied like this. If it maintains and the vital does not do something, i'd checklist it to the police. Bullying should not be persevering with each and daily, something needs to get completed. each and each pupil could be warned and whilst they attain 3 warnings ISS or detention could take transport of. If no longer something is happening to those pupil bullying your son, you quite need to ***** to those instructors.

First, compose yourself and make a list of incidents, concerns, etc. Then go to another authority figure with your list so they can better help you, or contact your lawyer/ find a lawyer and take thier advice.

So what....are you like in the mafia or something? Jeez I don't know then. Why would they throw you in prison? More details would be helpful. Why don't you just quit and get another line of work.

Just give them your lunch money...all cops are bullies, it is their personality type....know this before you deal with them...be kind as they were bullied as children and are defective.
