I am just now getting into crystal therapy, and I am about to cleanse a bunch of new rocks that I bought a week ago. I am adding 1/8 of a cup of sea salt to 1 cup of purified water. What should I do with the salt after I have used it? Is it reusable or should I throw it away?

be carefull in doing that as some crystals have softer surfaces than others. For example: selenite is very soft and if it's polished then washed with water the polished surface with deteriorate and become rough again. I would suggest researching each of your crystals to make sure that the water/sea salt cleansing will not harm them.

As for the salt. I would just toss it or as someone suggested leave it in the sun for a while.

Either place it in the sun for a full day or dispose of it as you would any form of non-toxic fluid. Though, avoid pouring it on grass -- you'll have dead spots. Ask the Carthaginians.
