Perhaps the same as a Protestant murder, or a Mormon murder, or a Jewish murder.

ETA: i too, like the other answerers, never thought it would be an issue. however, the case i'm talking about below was certainly handled differently than other murders. it was certainly interesting.

very, very carefully. and it depends on if the victim is a man or a woman. if the perp is the Muslim, then that's a whole 'nother ball game.

i remember not too long ago a woman was shot in the head on a sidewalk in town, like in San Francisco or somewhere like that. anyway her family didn't want to let the police do an autopsy on her body. and here i thought a murder victim's family had no choice. of course, there were rumors it was an "honor" killing, so her family may not have wanted it solved in any case. (they'd have been the guilty ones.)

with the full might of law it is like killing a god if some one kills a Muslim first thing is it was racist motivated then they look for white youths to blame they live in this strange little world the Muslims are perfect they have under ground crime are into every thing just as a Englishman put the powers to be don't see it that way it has to be raciest motivated want a example i drive a cab i go long motor way doing eighty i am overtaken by a Muslim cab driver doing ninety further long the road i am pulled over no slip roads no services and the Muslim or should i say Asian driver gone but i imagined this and use it as an example it isn't true just a figure of speak which is still a right ha ha ha

I'm assuming you mean American police, I have little experience with those in other countries except what I see on TV. They would treat this murder the same way they would any other. Investigate, follow up leads, etc.

The same way the deal with any murder - they are governed by the law in that country, not an individual's religious laws or beliefs.

It is hard to understand what youre asking,if you mean the fact that the body has to buried quickly unfortunately for the family it is treated the same as anyone else and the body is held until released by the police

how do you mean a muslim murder....do you mean a muslim who has murdered or one who has been murdered? Either way they would deal with it exactly the same way as a non-Muslim murder. Colour/Race/Creed/Religion/Sex never come into it. ALL are dealt with the same way and hopefully solved.

In the UK, we will deal with it the same as any other murder. Why should we treat it any differently?
