Probably Eve. Most men aren't into daisys and weeping willows.

Yes, it was Adam who named the animals and how long it took him to accomplished that task is not certain because the Bible does not provide that particular information. Why? Perhaps from the creators standpoint the length of time it took Adam to name all the animals were irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. If only one were to carefully read and examine the Bible, you'll notice that one important aspect is appearant throughout its writings. And yes it was Adam who named the plants as well, even though its not mentioned specifically in the Bible as well. We can surmised based on the circumstances in which Adam was placed as a lone intelligent human being to have undertaken the task that was granted by the creator. One very important detail many seem to overlook is the fact that Adam was perfect at the time of receiving the assignment from God. yes, perfection is something imperfect humans can only try to imagine or visualize as to what it really is but can't never fully comprehand. But its nothing short of a maracle how beautifully and fittingly he named animals.

Do you think Adam knew latin? He must have if he named all the animals and plants considering we call them often by latin names. What does it really matter, he would have called each and every thing in the garden something, you think he was just going to look at a tree and go "Uggh!"?
And then you have the spiritual side to the question, where if we are all a part of 'God' in some way or another then 'God' did the naming, right?

God named the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
It's likely that Eve named the other plants.

Adam was actually the world's first metrosexual, and had no trouble at all naming plants, flowers and trees.
