If you have a Jeep with a factory cd player, good luck at finding any burned cd that will work. You will probably have to get another cd player, such as a kenwood, etc. to play burned cd's. I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with the factory cd player, and I can't get any burned cd to play.

i have a 99 stock cherokee. i can get all burned cds to play in it you have to put it in and hold down the fast forward button and than it kicks in and after you do it the first time on a disc normally it doesn't happen again.

I have a 96 Grand Cherokee with factory infinity gold system and it don't like burned CD's at all. No matter if they are WMA or WAV format.

The car doesn't matter, its the CD player. Some CD players do not recognize burned CD's, or MP3's.

depends on the cd player in the car but almost all players play regular burned CDs - only some play mp3 discs

It is not the car it is the CD receiver, not all receivers play burned cd's , prob go buy a cheap one and most places install them for free.

if its your stock jeep radio then you can only read cd-r's it will not read mp3s or rw's which by the way jeep radios suck so bad i went through 2 of them (with warrenty) before i just said forget it and bought an aftermarket deck.
