im 13. And all of my friends told me that my boyfriend will get me something cheapy-----it was a little stuffed dog.....which i think would be cute....what if i don;t like it?? What should i say if i don't like it.now i'm afraid 2 go 2 school 2morrow.what if i hurt his feelings??

You're young so you don't get things. Money doesn't mean anything. Have u ever heard that it's the thought that counts. Be respectful and thankful that he made the effort to get you anything. Be strong to fall into peer pressure with the "mean girls" and make him feel bad if it's cheap. I mean really your 13 what do u expect diamonds. How much could a 13 year olds wage be? LOL .... have fun be young drink pepsi...oh yeah and use a condom cause Aids sucks.

No matter what he gets you, tell him you love it. It's not the gift that matters, it's the thought that counts. If you hate it, hide the fact that you hate it and tell him you love it. Don't hurt his feelings over a V-day gift. What should he get you? Diamonds? Come on you are 13. A stuffed animal is about the only thing to get you.

Just be nice to him no matter what it is. He is probably just as nervous as you are - probably more nervous - that you won't like it. The important thing is not what he gives you, but whether or not the gift comes from the heart. Most guys are not very good at picking out gifts. Sorry to tell you this, but it's better that you learn it now at a young age than being disappointed for years to come.

You are being EXTREMELY materialistic! So what if he gives you something on the cheap side? He got you something didn't he? What did you get him?? You know it's pretty embarrassing to have a mate who only EXPECTS gifts and does not give any. Just be happy that he's in your life in the first place, because the immature way that you're talking, he doesn't seem to deserve you. Girls like you give all girls a bad rap.

There is gonna be a time in everyone's life where your gonna get something you really don't like. You should accept it and put on that "oh i love it" face like you really do love it. It's not like you can turn it down cuz then you will hurt his feelings and he will be very upset, especially if he is the sensitive kind of guy. Sometimes a little white lie is necessary.

Definitely don't tell him if you don't like it! Do you want to rip his heart out?? Pretend u like it, no matter what it is. If u like him, a cute little gift from him should make u happy!
It is very mean to tell someone you don't like a gift, especially a romantic gift on valentines day!!!
One time I gave a guy a gift, and he told me he didn't like it... I cannot even tell you how much it hurt me... I don't know why it hurts so much, but it just does! Don't do that to someone.

Dont stress out ovr it...evn if u dont like it actl ike you do...tell evryone that u love it...then next year make sure u start showing interest in like a CD or something saying that u want it really bad and ull most likely get it from him...oh and keep the present from this year in your room so he can see it if he eve comes ovr for anything...itll make him feel good...;)

If he thinks enough of you to get you something then you should think enough of him to be very nice and polite no matter what the gift is.Put yourself in his shoes and think of how you want to treated and treat him the same way.,It is still hard for 13 year old boys to be nice to girls(IT IS ALL VERY NEW TO THEM) so cut them some slack .

you are so shallow, Im very surprised that you still have a boy friend... Most boys at age does not have a job or a way to make money, Shouldnt you be happy that he gets you anything at all...I hope you do hurt his feelings, this way he will find someone that will honestly care for him, not what he gets her..
