Snuffy you should never sit crossed leg for a long period it restricts blood flow but what kind of job do you do which doesn't allow you to stand on your feet as often as you want to and to just walk a few steps that would help your knees from becoming locked

If you can't get up and stretch your legs because of your job, they're breaking the law. The only alternative is to do stretches at your desk. Bodies aren't designed to stay in static positions for long stretches of time.
