im tryn to make coke and henny ice cubes...will it freeze?

Yes it will freeze. Here's why:

Even if you are mixing 1/2 Coke and 1/2 Hennessy (80 proof /40% alc.), The resulting mixture would be only 20% alcohol by volume. 20% alcohol will always freeze, while the Hennessy by itself would not freeze. The only challenge here is possible separation.

If it was a big enough glass to fill, then the Cognac may have time to separate and rise to the top not freezing while the Coke did.

However, since Ice cubes are relatively small and don't take long to freeze, you can set the freezer to the coldest possible temp, wait 30 minutes, mix the Cognac and Coke and 1/2 hour later you will have your cubes.

Yes, I would think so. The coke has gas in it, the hennessy doesn't, but I think it would freeze.

It might get slushy. Alcohol does not freeze.
