Yes it is morally and ethically wrong to do such a thing in a work place and if you didn't all ready know that, then how the heck did you ever get the job, because you don't seem very smart.

You might want to go over a checklist. Here is a shortlist...
Are you or she married to someone else?
Is either one of you superior to the other in the workplace?
Is there a specific policy in your contract that forbids workplace liaisons?
Are there security cameras?
Do you work in a governmental department?
Are you intending to run for Office?
Is the desk flimsy?
If your answer to any of these questions is yes, forget it. Otherwise, consider if its worth the hassle in the workplace just for sex.

...enough about me. If one is going to pull this off, she should know whats coming.
Otherwise, you may hurt yourself and others...well more physical pain pertaining to the zipper...if you have to wear pants at work.
