just get to know him and if he's someone that u like then ask him out. If not, then don't worry about anything. It will b fine. I know how u feel that has happend to me b 4.

Talk to him. If he doesn't talk back he doesn't like you. If he does talk, keep talking until you feel comfortable enough to tell him how you feel about him. It may take a few hours or a few weeks.
