I think for now, you should just remain friends. Get to know each other a little better, she might not feel secure enough yet, to go on a date, or even be allowed to date. If you become closer as friends, you never can tell were that may go. A lot of romantic relationships have started out with just being friends.

This isn't just a guy question, girlies go through this aswell.. i personally think that if you are as close as you say you are, ask her straight out but in a friendly matter, meet her for lunch or when ya bump into her ask her if she has a second. When you have her attention say to her that you are interested in progressing the friendship to another level, you will be fine in the fact that she is not ready if that was the case but you would love to have the oppertunity to show her what a great person you are and that you want to make her happy/show her a good time. If it seems like she is making excuses then seriously say to her up frontly to be honest with you as you would appreciate the honesty and that it would be easier on you rather than being led to believe you will have a chance at a later stage. You need to be honest and so does she, be positive and believe in yourself. You certainly wouldnt be wasting her time, if she gives you the runaround you'll only be wasting your own....now go get her tiger!!

She may be toying with you so be cautious. I think that it is definitely time to talk to her and find out what she is looking for if she's not looking for anything then you will know and you can move on. Trust me women can and will make up what seem to be "ligit" reasons if we want to let a guy off nicely, I'm not saying this is the case all of the time but sometimes it's hard for a girl to hurt someone's feelings. Good luck with this!

Just be upfront and honest! Apologize for your bluntness and blurt out what is going on and that you like her. The worst thing that can happen is she says she doesn't like you at all, even as a friend. Then you can at least move on, no matter what the problem is. Consider also, that many girls are not allowed to date until their finals year of school too.

just talk to her, jsut let her know that you are fond of her (im sure she knows already though) and ask her if she thinks there is a future between you and her. in that case, the ball will be in her court. she will have to make a move, so all you have to do is sit back and wait. if she never makes a move, then perhaps it wasnt meant to be : ) Goodluck and Godbless : )
