I have posted a serious, thoughtful answer and had it removed because someone disagreed with me. It is usually under the 'not an answer or question' or 'insulting other participants' category. Then, I always reply to Yahoo and on several occasions have had my answer restored. Because I do not insult except when someone attacks me and I always try to answer the questions or clarify what is being asked.
So often, the reason there is a complaint is because the complainer cannot logically argue against a point you made so they pretend to be offended and complain.

Oh yeah, constantly. I was amazed the other day that somebody posted really blatent stuff against blacks on here, and it wasn't just two or three - the dude must have just posted stuff continuously for about two hours. None of it got deleted. It was really horrific, too.
Then another time, someone asked "what would you do if you are a woman and another woman came up and kissed you; or if you are a man, and another man came up and kissed you?
My answer was: "yips, I think i would vomit".\
I got deleted and sent an email saying I was in violation for insulting other participants. I wasn't being insulting - the question asked what would you do if that happened? I answered honestly.

It's a shame ....I gave an answer to a celebrity's question and it was deleted for a violation, which it wasn't, I thought it was my own opinion . Guess my opinion didn't matter after all.
I don't use profanity and don't hurt people to try and make my answer seem more meaningful then theirs. And there are so many negative instead of positive questions on here, and the ones that are using this for their own personal sex board, they need to be bumped from here too.
As you said about racism and hatred, the insults, wow they just flow out of people like it's second nature.
When will we all just grow up and stop nit picking everything someone else does or says. I can't think of to many people who are mature enough to say that they can ....
Love your neighbors as God has commanded .... I have tried , but sometimes the people just shut you out ....Or insult your belief then. That's a whole nother topic.
I can't wait until our Lord comes to take us home, and I feel bad for all the nit wits who will go to Hell.

1. No - I've gotten about ten violation notices, but I probably deserved most of them.
2. YES. I was incensed at some of the tripe and hatred they allow to pass through as "questions".
3. I wrote them expressing my distain for their capricious policies. No response. I doubt they know what capricious means.

I had this question removed:
"Does anyone know where I can find "Shake It Up" by The Jamaica Boys (or J-Boys) on the web? I'd appreciate it."
Can't figure out why, though.

4. All of the above.
And, when I have sent a brief note to YA, all I get back is a computer-generated form letter. They'll "get back with me". Still waiting.
