2005 was incorrect, I am having trouble correcting it and the site that I went through is no help. Can I resubmit it through a different site? They have given me the option of submitting through mail or signing electronically again which is not working.

You can call the IRS and after they verify your identity they can provide you with the AGI from last years return

Going through a different site won't change anything. You must know your AGI from 2005 to e-file and if you don't have the right number it will be rejected regardless of what site you file through.
Your only option now is to file a paper return by mail.

Do you have the exact AGI for last year? The AGI is not the amount showing in your W-2 for 2005, look for the exact amount on last year tax forms.
