my cousin is always picking on me, and my mom always takes HER side!!?

my cousin is always tormenting me whenever i am around her. holidays, family get-togethers, family reunions, even funerals! she just won't let up! and whenever i try to tell my mother about it, she always tells me "she isn't thinking about you," or "you're just mad because she graduated from college," or "she's just playing with you," or "you just take things too seriously, she's just trying to have some personality, and just because you don't have any, you get all offended," or "you're just mad because she doesn't pay you any attention." is it me, or is there something wrong with this picture? my own MOTHER, of all people, doesn't even try to help me when I'm down. why does she do this and what should I do?

I thought you were talking about some child until you said graduated from college. Youre telling me a grown lady is tormenting you? Instead of whining to your mother do something about it yourself. Try staying away from her. If that doesnt work and she still bothers you...just say in a loud voice, loud enough for anyone else to hear to leave you alone. Embarrass her to the point she will leave you alone.

because yur whining about it. My I see myself here. I had this probl. with my principle. I used to complain about my classmates' bugging u know what she called me 'you're such a baby". LOL. but it's nt funny when it hurts deep inside. k. go to ur mom and talk about it . Don't complain. Just explain the situation clearly and try negotiating with your mom and concerning ur college and stuff it seems that ur cousin is better in state than she is and that what ur mom sees. Stop complaining for a while and then go talk to her . Although i dont know how ur cousin bugs u but you have to put an end to that soon and fast.
Try talking to your cousin too and tell her tht what she says or does offends and bugs u. Try to talk it out with her. YOu see, conversation in most problems works out and if all else fails then im me and we'll try to think of something
