I personally like home made gifts, one of the best I have made is a "coupon book" eage page in the book was a certain coupon, like; One Free Massage (30 minutes), Get out of Jail Free (so if we had a fight he'd use it, ha ha), etc..

my boyfriend plays hockey, and his favorite team is the Colorado Avalanche. so i got him a a replica jersey of the team jersey with his last name personalized on the back and with his number. if your man plays a sport, do something like that. get him a gift that has to do with something that he likes. it will show him that you listen when he talks.
