I flown them twice and I promised myself never again after each flight.
It's Northworst as far as I'm concerned.

I live in Detroit, which is one of NWA's major hubs, and I was very disappointed the last time I flew with them. My wife has muscular dystrophy, so it's difficult for her to walk on planes and get in and out of her seat, so I called three days before our flight and asked for bulkhead seating. They made the arrangements for me and gave me the seat assignments, but on the day we flew out we learned they had changed over to a larger plane and didn't give us bulkhead seating. No one bothered to call and let us know. Now, for the most part we have had very good luck with NWA in terms of flights being on-time, good service, getting our luggage at our destination and upon our return, but I was pretty darned ticked this last time out. You'd think someone would contact us when we ask for special seating because one in our party has a disability, but they didn't. Strike one.

Personally, I love Delta. The flight staff is friendly. The fights are on time and the prices are great. I only fly Delta.

They are a good airline. Better than United or Southwest.

they had a connection once we i had to fly all the way up to Minneapolis and then to ashville. that sucked.
Personally, I love JetBlue. TVS on the back of EVERY seat w/36 channels and satellite, good snacks great connections, (even though from tampa to new york and then to california) and low cheap prices. just my opinion though

They are not at the top of my list, but they are also not at the bottom of my list. To me, they are okay. I will take them over United or US Airways any day.

theyre ok but the connections are crappy to the coast, so i use continental or delta.
