For example, salt and vinegar crisps make my face sweat under my eyes. Its bizarre.
Anyone else have any strange reactions to a certain food?

Check the ingredients of those salt and vinegar crispers, I am pretty sure they have M.S.G. in them(mono sodium glutamate)
That is added to many products to enhance the flavor and it is also a cheap way of doing so, then the company doesn't have to spend cash on better ingredients. M.S.G. causes many different reactions in many different people. I get classic migraines from it, while my husbands boss gets the back door trotts. Watch out for that stuff, if you suspect it is causing you to react like that.

I wouldnt say too bizarre, there are only two foods that i have crazy reactions from, peanut m&m's make me feel like i am on the edger and about to explode, like a supressed hyperactive personality! Then there are tacos, they are so good but I am telling you they put something in them, three tacos are fine but four is above my limit and I go hyper, I cant get to sleep for hours after.

Yes, each food has its own unique chemical formulan combination. The combined chemicals in foods can affect you. Green tea makes you soothed and relaxed, while chocolate has a chemical that makes you happy and proud.
You may also have allergic reactions to foods too.

i ate a plum 2 years ago and it made my top and bottom lips swell up - i looked like i had botox gone wrong. i thought it must have been because i didnt wash it properly and it might have had pesticides on it so now i wash my fruit really well. but then about 3 weeks ago, a tin of macaroni cheese made my lips do exactly the same thing. so i am completely baffled now.

Yeah, cabbage gives me gas like the Germans in World War 2, or Sadaam's Kurds.
Take a whiff and you WILL pass out for a few minutes, smells like someone died or something.

Eating enough carrots can turn your skin pigments orange. But that's for everyone, not just one person.
Spicy foods will make me sweat a little bit though.
