The problem is with the carbon dating. C14 dating is highly inaccurate; it says that a living mussel is 2,000 years old, and a freshly killed seal is 8,000 years old. It also says that different parts of the same animal are different ages.
The age of the Earth can be calculated backwards by the historical records in the Bible of the ages of the Patriarchs, how long they lived and how old they were when they had their children.

Mitochondrial DNA - This comes only from your mother and the only changes to it are through mutations. These mutations occur at a known rate, and converge world wide 150,000 years ago give or take. If Eve (6000 years ago) was the only female, it would be almost identical world wide. It is not. The flood gives a second bottleneck that matches the facts even less well.

And C14 dating is very accurate to about 50,000 years. Then you use K-Ar dating that is good to about 3million. There are also other means of dating including tree growth maps that check with the other dates very well. The oldest hominid skeletons date more like 3.2 million years. (The limit is because the the half life causes the concentrations to drop below a point where it is possible to get an accurate measurement at that point.)

Palaeoanthropological excavations at Petralona from the anthopologist Aris Poulianos found a Skull of Archantropus in Greece that dates 700.000 BC. The skull has been dated to be at least 700,000 years old by two German scientists, anthropologist E. Breitinger and palaeontologist O. Sickenberg. Poulianos has claimed that this discovery renders the Indo-European theory obsolete.

If you want to determine the age of something really old, you use as many different methods as possible. Carbon dating is only one, and even only one of many different kinds of radiometric dating. And when all these methods all give you the same result, well that should mean something shouldn't it?

Creationists tend to focus exclusively on carbon-14-dating, as if it is the only one. Problems arising from using carbon-14-dating are well known and compensated for. But again, it's hardly the only method of determining the age of something.

Until we've been carbon dating for a few thousand years, it's an untestable discipline. That said, the bible accounts for many more years than 6000. It was at least 4000 years between the times of Issaiah and Jesus, and several thousand years before that as well. The people who picked 6000, just can't count.

There could very well be problems with carbon dating, there could also be some serious problems with trying to calculate how long ago Adam was alive. Considering we have no idea how long he and Eve lived and had children prior to the fruit incident, and they were immortal before that, how can we possibly know how long that may have been? I don't recall Genesis telling us how many years Adam and Eve had been in the garden, could have been 10,000, could have been 1,000, it doesn't say.

No, the time of Adam when he and Eve left the Garden and had kids is dated about that long ago (I actually thought it was 8000 but what's a couple thousand years between friends eh? lol). But some of us know that Adam and Eve spent millions of years in the Garden; after all they didn't die until after they ate the fruit from the wrong tree. How long between creation and the fruit-eating incident?

The courting approaches at the on the spot are not suitable. i might want to propose you check out area of the video "Scams Sasquatch and supernatural" that treats pseudo-sciences. Evolution as is courting approaches are pseudoscience because it takes under consideration in elementary words the outcomes that are in accordance to the idea. also they have some massive assumptions that they do no longer instruct, yet deliver a narrative as an example why it really is so. The earth only did not exist that lengthy.

These calculations are drawn from a book that has been mistranslated for thousands of years.

It is a book written before there was a rational examination of the natural world and basic chemistry. It dates from an time when people lived in fear of things they could not explain.
