My ex and myself broke up 6 weeks ago on Valentines day. Won't get into all the details, because truthfully, its confusing even to me. Every week for those 6 weeks, she's come to me and told me she still loved me, even though she started seeing someone else, and was thinking about coming back to me, but then for whatever reason, she backed off and decided to try to make the new relationship work. I do love her, and so I let her go, so she could be happy, yet she's the one who keeps bringing my emotions back. 3 weeks ago, she told me she might be pregnant (his) but she still was talking about possibly getting back together. If she's not in love with him, and serious about it, I would take her back, regardless if she's pregnant or not, because I love her, and that baby is apart of her. He doesn't treat her like she deserves, but i've tried to keep my mouth shut and just be a friend, and it seems like the only reason she's still with him is the possibility that she's pregnant. What to do

Just a note, she didn't cheat. She started seeing this guy after we broke up. And she said she realized she made a mistake and never should have given me up. Hey, sometimes you need to make a mistake, to actually learn. Just didn't want anyone to think that she cheated, I've been thru that before, and no, I wouldn't even consider letting someone come back after that.

If you had sex with her, and if she is pregnant, then you have to find out if you are the father or not. That’s first.

Then, if you are, is obvious you two should give it a try not only for both of you but also for the new baby’s sake. As per your question it seems you two really loved each other and might still be a good chance that those feelings are there still strong.

If you are not the father, then is up to her to decide. If she doesn’t want to be with the real father and stay with you, then is you who says the last word.

Now, if she is not pregnant, I would suggest to sit down, and clarify what is going on with her and her feelings. In fact, this needs to be done no matter what.

The key here is communication. If you two can be honest, there can be a serious relation there again, as a couple or as good friends. Just be honest.

That is so sweet of you to offer to take care of her and the baby. Tell her how you feel. And ask her why she's going out with this freak. But if she refuses to go back to you and doesn't give you a good reason why she's with this guy, then you would have to let her go. I know it must be hard, but maybe she feels in some way she has to stay with this guy. I hope it works out for you. Good luck.

Move on and find a better woman, we are out there!

Real women do NOT ever cheat!

Coming from a family of 9 women, Believe me, she is playing you - just as a man would play a woman.

Move on and find someone who actually likes you by spending time with you and not having all of these issues.

Women are just like men when it comes to settling down, if we are not ready then it's only a ticking time bomb and save yourself the hassle, stress, tears, and just plain, MOVE ON!

She's unsure of what she wants and if you get back with her she will just hurt you again. Sounds like she's just using you as an outlet to make her feel better when her man is treating her wrong. Don't give in.

Go find someone better who knows who she wants.
