I am living in the U.S. and I have no documentation I have been here for 15 years. This is my senior year and I have the hopes of going to college, but it is difficult because I have no social security #, this restrains my aspects of working to pay for school or anything. My parents are drunks and don't care so I must do this on my own. Can I get a green card or apply for a guest worker program? If So where do I go? I really need help and am asking for any advice. If you just want to tell me to go back to my country please do not answer because there is no possible way.

Call immigration. I am sure that they can help you out. You can only be illegal for so long before it comes and bites you in the butt.

If you look on the web I am sure that you can find something out. Call an immigration lawyer if you can afford one.

At least you are trying to do the right thing... :)

I am anti illegal but I will level with you the best I can. Don't ask this here and expect an expert answer it is not wise. I would say that by your comments your age would be around 17-18 give or take a couple. You are old enough to do this legally on your own so go and see a person who really has your interest at heart. You may want to talk to a local Catholic priest because by and large they support the illegal cause. An immigration lawyer may be able to help or if you can find someone in INS who will not turn you in they could help.
I don't say it to be mean but I would love to see every illegal sent out of this country and if they are caught and sent out they should never be allowed to reenter. I suspect you were brought here before you were old enough to make the choice so I don't hold it against you and I hope your parents came to help you achieve a better life. If that is the case I don't blame them either because as a parent I would do likewise but it is still a crime and it still takes from my family. The penalty should still be paid. I have paid for crimes in the past and I have a kid now who is guilty of some, I hope he gets caught and pays because that is right. Laws are there for a reason and when we justify not enforcing one pretty soon we will not enforce any.

Since you have been illegally here, there is no way you can apply for a green card. The US thought of a program where kids such as you would be able to go to school, that didn't pass. You can't apply for a worker program because you are illegally here. The circle ends

Look...THANK-YOU FOR TRYING TO BE LEGAL!!!

I can't STAND illegals!!!

If you are under 18 and your parents bought you here illegal as a child...Then you CAN get a green card...Talk to a lawyer PLEASE...If know what I'm talking about unlike a lot of these people...You can fight for a green card and then apply for citizenship while you are here...Do to the fact you were force to come...I were born here then you have a SSS...maybe your parents haven't given you it or there lying about it...Who know...It's kinda hard to answer a question like this when I don't know much about you...And thats why you need to talk to a lawyer...so please...talk to a lawyer...Not all Americas are bad people ok...So don't listen to those who say "why would you want to be a citizen"

OK???

Your illegal status will not come into play until you are 18. Please seek a consult with a competent immigration attorney if you are seriously wishing to be in the US legally. Do it before it is too late.

I'm not sure if you can get a green card. But you should contact an immigration lawyer to discuss about your case.

its hard to believe your mom is a drunk. you'll have to call immigrations and let them tell you what you need to do. it is totally unfair to people like you when the illegal parents bring their kids here and are not legal. now look at whats happening to you, you wont be able to get into a decent collage.

This is where I have a big problem , you need to start at the beginning and do the legal paper work first .
Someone should have told you that a long time ago .
You are breaking the US law and we don't want criminals here . You should have been legal when you started School .
You have to go back to your country and do it the right way to come to America .
